Adding a heat pack to your order helps keep your plants and cuttings warm while traveling through colder weather states.
It is recommended to add insulation and/or a heat pack to your order if you expect any weather below 50°F. Please check the weather in your area and purchase as needed.
The shop is NOT responsible for any damages caused by weather or mishandling of the package.

Please allow us 3-5 business days to process your order. We ship plants and cuttings Monday through Thursday via USPS Priority Mail to ensure swift delivery and minimal transit time. Each order is packaged with care to protect your plants during shipment. Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by the carrier during transport.
Returns
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours with a photo of the issue, and we’ll do our best to assist.
