🪴Please allow us 1-3 business days to process your order. We ship Monday-Thursday to help avoid having your package sit at the post office over the weekend. We try to take every precaution to ensure your plant babies get to you safely.
🪴All plants and cuttings will be shipped via USPS standard shipping. Please upgrade to priority if you would like a faster shipping speed.
🪴Once the package is out of our hands, we cannot take responsibility for shipping issues, delays due to weather, carrier damages, or lost packages.
🪴Please understand that these are live plants and may encounter stress during transit. The cuttings may show signs of wilting, yellowing, or browning, and all are completely normal after shipping; nodes will still be viable - please allow a few days for the plant to acclimate to its new environment.

Please allow us 3-5 business days to process your order. We ship plants and cuttings Monday through Thursday via USPS Priority Mail to ensure swift delivery and minimal transit time. Each order is packaged with care to protect your plants during shipment. Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by the carrier during transport.
Returns
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours with a photo of the issue, and we’ll do our best to assist.
